Hi. I’m Håkan Jeppsson, CEO of the Inwido Group.

2010 was a good year for us. A relatively stable market along with focused efforts from all our employees - thank you all for that! - allowed us to strengthen Inwido. A decent operating margin, a strong cash-flow and a satisfactory balance sheet - has created a platform for continued growth, organically as well as through acquisitions.

The Nordics have all performed very well, especially Sweden. Our challenge here is to maintain leadership and reinforce it, wherever possible. The profitability of our companies in the European markets has been somewhat disappointing, and we still have a good deal to prove outside the Nordic Region.

A positive thing is that we have strengthened management capacity in these markets. We strongly believe that good management will impact not only our employees but also our business. A big challenge for us, in markets where plastic windows dominate, is to help consumers understand what great value they get when choosing wood-based windows and doors. These things together, offer a great potential.

Our goal is to grow organically by 8 percent per year. To do this we need to be more efficient, collaborate - using our strength as a group, learn more about our consumers and strengthening our brands. We need to develop knowledge and skills and clarify our values. If our plans succeed, in a few years' time, we will be Europe's leading supplier of environmentally friendly wood-based windows and doors, having a clear position as a consumer company.
